Pilates Classes

Private sessions are available Monday through to Saturday, day and evening slots. Please phone to check session availability.

Group classes are run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Pizza Express in Maidstone. Beginner to Advanced classes are available - booking is essential.

Privates

Privates are an excellent way to learn and progress fast with Pilates. 

You will need to start with a Pilates orientation session.  This is where I explain all the hows, whats and whys of Pilates.  You will leave this session fully informed on how Pilates can help YOU!

Pilates Orientation session £50 (approx 40 mins) - fully redeemable against a block booking of one to one sessions or group sessions.

I take bookings for one to ones either in blocks of 6 or 12 weeks - the more you book the better your savings.  

1 x Private £65.00 1 hour each

6 x Privates £300.00 1 hour each

12 x Privates £540.00 1 hour each

(Concessions are available)

30 min Privates are available to all existing clients at £25.00

Group Sessions

I run group matwork pilates classes in central Maidstone hiring a room above Pizza Express in Earl Street. Classes range from beginners to advance and are all course based to encourage continuity and results.

Class sizes range from 10 to 14 people. Equipment is widely used and includes rings, rolls, balls, bands and weights. Classes are a great way to start exploring pilates and will expand your knowledge of your body, posture and help to tone your muscles. People with severe problems i.e. back, neck, shoulders should look at one to one in the studio to begin with.
