Pilates Classes

One to one sessions are available Monday through to Saturday, day and evening slots. Please phone to check session availability.

Group classes are run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Pizza Express in Maidstone. Beginner to Advanced classes are available - booking is essential.

One to one

One to one sessions need to be pre booked and pre paid in blocks of 5/10 sessions. Sessions last for 55 minutes and are priced as follows:-

1 session	1-1	£55.00
5 sessions	1-1	£45.00 each
10 sessions	1-1	£40.00 each
5 / 10 sessions	1-2	£55.00 each

If you are interested in booking a session please fill in the on-line booking form and health questionnaire and send it with a £55.00 non-refundable deposit (payable to Star Monroe). Debit and credit card payments are accepted however please note that credit cards carry a 2.5% additional charge.

After your introductory session, if you are happy to continue the course, payment for the rest of the course is due immediately.

Group matwork lessons

I run group matwork pilates classes in central Maidstone hiring a room above Pizza Express in Earl Street. Classes range from beginners to advance and are all course based to encourage continuity and results.

Class sizes range from 10 to 14 people. Equipment is widely used and includes rings, rolls, balls, bands and weights. Classes are a great way to start exploring pilates and will expand your knowledge of your body, posture and help to tone your muscles. People with severe problems i.e. back, neck, shoulders should look at one to one in the studio to begin with.
